Grigorios Spirakis
Currently I serve as the Head of a regional department of the Greek Tax Service. As an undergraduate I studied Business Administration at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and after that Public Administration at Panteion University, Athens. I completed my graduate studies in Public Management, Ph.D in Economics, and post doc in Tax Policy, at the University of Peloponnese. From 2016 to 2024 I taught graduate health economics, e-governance and e-democracy, and corruption and economic crime, at the Open University of Greece. From 2017 to 2021 I taught undergraduate and graduate management, health services management, and tax policy, at University of Peloponnese. In 2017 I taught undergraduate e-commerce at Technological Institute of Piraeus. From 2022 to 2023 I taught undergraduate entrepreneurship and innovation at National and Capodistian University of Athens. My current research interests are in the area of public management, e-government, and tax policy.
